Join professional musicians Ensemble 360 and narrator Polly Ives for a children’s concert packed full of highly engaging live classical music, vivid story-telling, bright illustrations from the book and lots of audience participation.

Music in the Round’s award-winning Children’s Composer in Residence, Paul Rissmann has written music set to the brilliant brand-new children's story written by Giles Andreae and illustrated by Korky Paul (Penguin, 2015).

What Does Hull Sound Like?

Come and sing our song!

Created over a series of workshops led by composer Michael Betteridge, join us for the final workshop to learn and perform our song in answer to the question ‘What does Hull sound like?’

This session will bring together the vocal and instrumental workshops for a performance and world premiere!

Open to anyone who likes to sing or plays an instrument, all abilities welcome.
