Recent advice from HM Government is to avoid large gatherings of people and restrict social interaction in order to reduce the transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We appreciate the hard work which will already have been done in preparing your entries for the Festival, and realise that there will be a lot of disappointment among participants.
